Southern Fish Fry


Ingredients

  1. 2 lbs of raw fish
  2. 2 table spoons of Mozelle's Savory Seasoning
  3. one cup of flour
  4. 2 quarts of vegetable oil
  5. Deep fryer or pot that can be used to deep fry


Directions:

  1. Cut Fish into desired size pieces.
  2. Place fish on a sheet of aluminum foil.
  3. Coat one side of the fish with Mozelle's Savory seasoning.
  4. Flip the fish over and coat the other side.
  5. Place the two quarts of oil into the deep fryer. Heat the oil to a temperature of 350 degrees.
  6. Place the cup of flour into a one gallon freezer bag.
  7. Place the fish into the freezer bag with the flour. Shake several times to thoroughly coat the fish.
  8. Place the fish into the grease and cook until golden brown.
  9. Remove the fish from the fryer and place on a rack for five minutes before serving.
